The second installment of Dominican Island Heat is fast approaching. Many people have said they will be around for the carnival finale and be able to enjoy the festivities of DIH2. If you haven't booked your flight, Spirit Air still has nice rates out of several US cities for the first week of March.
Check out the DIH2 website for a list of activities. The organizers are promising a more cohesive event that will be even more exciting than last year!

Nice post. You have it going on Mr. Washington but I am confused. You say if you are staying around after Carnival... I thoughtIndependence Day is on the 27 of Feb. and the Carnival in Santo Domingo is the following Sunday. Did they change it again? Keep up the good work.
