CARNAVAL TIME!

All visitors to the Dominican Republic in February should do their best to attend the LaVega carnival, or parades in Bonao & Santiago, considered the most colorful in the country. UNESCO recognized the LaVega Carnival as the fourth in the world, after Rio, Trinidad & Tobago and the Canary Islands of Spain.






Also, the national Carnaval celebration in Santo Domingo has been moved back until March.
